We had an enjoyable getaway.

We liked the location of the property. It is conveniently located near the airport and other attractions we had on our list. The property was set up nicely, with most events centrally located. It was fairly easy to navigate and find our way around.

It was too crowded for us. It is a family resort, which is great. However, some of the families brought their children to the adult pools or the quiet pools, which changed the atmosphere we desired. The food was just okay. There wasn’t a great meal option mid-afternoon. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options on the buffet. There were a few days we had excursions and arrived back at the resort at 3-4pm and we couldn’t find many options.

The staff were quite friendly and the pools were nice … buffet was a good selection and the rooms large and clean

Service let it down. Would often be asked if we would like a drink but would have eaten or meal And often left without a drink and see the staff member giving drinks out to others whisper we sat and waited but usually didn’t arrive. Maybe a drinks station so we could help ourselves would be a better option. Beech was full of seaweed and didn’t look particularly clean so stayed around the pool Area.

The location is really nice. Good layout.

Hard to get in touch with personal responsible for activities, couldnt sign up for yoga and pickleball class. Staff is hard to communicate with, very few speak English, or so they say. It takes a very long time to reach the front desk by phone or in person.

Great value. Will recommend to others. Even went into Puerto Morelos which had good character and reef snorkeling.

Property was spacious and wonderful. The staff was attentive and helpful. There was a variety of places to feel either secluded or included. The resort does a great job of facing most of its property towards the ocean. We liked the pool options. One was the “party pool”, one we called the chill pool. And then the privilege pool which was lovely and even a kids pool which we didn’t use, but which had the best snack bar. The transportation hub and valet team were great too and the restaurants were all better than average and the buffet provided plenty of options.

Wasn’t fond of the check-in service. Wasn’t clear exactly where to check in and the person helping us didn’t make a great first impression. Also wish there were more poolside snack options at the main pools beyond the burger bar and smoothie place.

The location by the ocean. The pools, the activities, Mike’s coffee and the staff are excellent. The entertainment team is great.

The wrist room key is not convenient. The room was not maintained clean enough. The service of some of the staff in the restaurants can improve. Pushy staff to sell the Premium Club Membership Presentation.

The newly renovated rooms, the staff were amazingly helpful. 3 staff members stood out which was Gio - butler, Fernando - tattoo, and Eduardo - activity team. They made a big difference and was super helpful and entertaining.

We loved the pool, which was very clean, and the beach access. The resort is reasonably sized so it's easy to get around. A great variety of foods and restaurants. The staff was incredible!!!

I wish there was a policy that people can't save pool chairs all day. Most chairs had towels on them to save by 7 a.m. but most of the chairs stayed empty all day. It made the vibe a little weird. Also, check-in took way too long bc there was only one person working the front desk.

Wonderful Week at this lovely resort on a Gorgeous Beach! Had all I needed!

Great Beach! Good food. Loved the Cafe, great service all around! Loved how the cleaning staff never were waiting to clean - always somehow snuck in and did a great job! ... Also like that they were eco friendly.

Missed out on some beach spots (chairs were all taken) . Towel place closed a bit early. When I was sick one day - they were not really concerned (about food issue possibly)

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Even the painters greeted us with a smile and Buenos dias. The room location was quit with a lovely view of the garden. We would like to acknowledge the following people for their outstanding service, friendliness, and just being pleasurable to be around: Sergio at the Daisy beach bar always remembered our preferences and even taught us a few new words in Spanish and Mayan Enricae at the Marina restaurant always very personable and exceptional service.
